Introduce Myself
I am Dr. Krishna Dayal Pandey, an academic and researcher specializing in finance and management. I hold a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA in Finance from Vidyasagar University, along with the UGC NET-JRF qualification. My teaching career includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University and Vidyasagar University. I have authored Capital Structure, Equity Ownership, and Corporate Performance, published by Taylor & Francis Group, and my research has been featured in leading Scopus-indexed journals. Honored with the Gold Award in Finance by ICAI and a Best Paper Award, I continue to contribute to corporate finance and governance studies in India.
